Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. One way to achieve this is through supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
